Digital Marketing Manager Latam

You will be responsible for:

·         Develop Digital Marketing plans to support the business goals and strategic objectives for LATAM region (B2B, ECOMMERCE, Marketing digital, digital sales.);

·         Manager digital team and stablish effective partnership cross-functional partners and departments;

·         Define Digital projects according business priority and available resources;

·         Dashboard development and reporting of campaign metrics to marketing partners. Dashboards will provide data and recommendations regarding channel mix and performance;

·         Other duties as assigned;

·         Increase sales thought digital tools;

·         Lead the digital team.

 

Who you are:

·         Have deep experience working with Digital Marketing projects;

·         Understand the relevance of digitalization and actively implemented going digital with strong background;

·         Dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in email marketing and marketing automation development and management;

·         Seek best practice solutions and embracing opportunities of new technologies to shape the future of our business;

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills;

·         Strong project management and organizational skills--results and detail oriented;

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;

·         Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team;

Ability to establish good relationship with  IT, Sales, field marketing, marcom, global partners areas.
