Especialista de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento LatAm

Your Role:


Primary responsibility is developing, coordinating and delivering technical and strategic commercial training programs for new hires and the knowledge development to all commercial team.

Works with Product Managers, Technology Managers, Global Learning and Development colleagues, and Sales Management to develop content related to commercial skills on product and strategy training. 

Works with Global Learning and Development and Channel Managers to develop, coordinate, and deliver commercial training for Latam sales teams and distributors.

Target audience: Field and Inside Sales, Commercial Managers, Country Heads, etc.

Focus Areas:  Product, application, competition, tools, skills, and business processes.


You will be responsible for:


As a part of the Sales Enablement and PMO Team the Learning and Development Manager will be the point of contact in Latam working closely with Global L&D Team and Sales Operations to:


  • Incorporate Consultative Selling skills and strategy into technical product training. 
  • Execute on all aspects of the commercial Learning and Development program. 
  • Refine learning and coaching program vision and objectives to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Responsible for program Key Success Criteria and standardized learning metrics.
  • Assess learning and skill gaps
  • Manage the learning governance process
  • Ensure content and delivery is consistent across geographies and roles
  • Develop program course catalog
  • Support sales meeting content development



Who you are:


  • Strong Sales skills and experience and product technical knowledge experience preferred.
  • Effective in multicultural environment bridging the language barrier to ensure excellence in knowledge sharing.
  • Proven experience and success in the design and development of instructional materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and align resources to assure priorities are met.
  • Ability to inspire a scientific workforce in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to maintain alignment with the business strategy.
  • Ability to effectively interface with product/sales/marketing management.
  • Maintain a current and high level competency in all markets, products, and applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel internationally.  Approximately 25% travel.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
