Your Role:

As a Senior Facilities Engineer, you will provide technical discipline expertise in mechanical engineering on a variety of asset builds, repairs and infrastructure modifications. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure, utilities, and cleanroom environments essential for semiconductor manufacturing.

Facilities Engineer is an onsite position located in San Jose, CA


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on cleanroom facilities
  • Knowledge of cleanroom protocols, semiconductor processes, and equipment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer certification
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working with external contractors
  • Computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Word/ Excel, Auto CAD, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
  • Ability to read/develop electrical line drawings and piping and instrumentation drawings
  • Working knowledge of OSHA’s Standards for Construction Safety, Process Safety Management, Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work, and Confined Space Entry++


Pay Range for this position: $73,000 - $219,000


Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role, and are derived from relevant industry market data.  Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.  This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; paid time off; and paid holidays; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
