Your Role:
As a Megasys Safety-Quality Engineer role, you will be responsible for developing and managing site standardization of Safety, Projects and Quality operations and processes. You will be the primary customer interface for customer satisfaction in all quality & standardization issues. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of a site quality management system. You will also lead all technician technical training efforts and development of training content.
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintain 100% compliance to safety program compliance with Operations, Project and Logistics groups
- Maintain quality management system compliance by enforcing total safety and quality standards across the site operation
- Direct and manages site team on full quality program implementation
- Facilitate service incidents root cause analysis with site operations manager
- Responsible for tracking and trending all service and equipment related issues
- Manage and communicates change across the organization
- Provide a written safety training program and tracks certification in support of operation
- Implement and maintain the Basic Safety Process (BSP) Program throughout site operation
- Monitor compliance of safety & quality processes/requirements for site (spot checks); addresses compliance issues as needed
- Control and support the development of Training Qualification Manuals
- Drive 100% compliance of online and classroom training program
- Manage all site-level operating procedures and certification processes in accordance to QMS standards
- Responsible for site compliance of best practices, incident reporting and closure, safety audits, and quality audits
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years’ experience managing safety or quality programs
- 2+ years’ experience performing Root Cause Investigations
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSP certification
- Sologic or similar root cause program facilitator certificate
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900
