IT Applications Project Management (Global role)

Your Role:

As an IT application expert with good Analytical Skills and deep knowledge in SDLC and ITIL processes, You will work with teams to translate business requirements into easily adaptable applications and run IT services for the global manufacturing and supply chain domain.

- 1st and 2nd level support for Global Supply Chain applications including Incident management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management, and other general service management. 
- System monitoring, user management, troubleshooting of applications, technical support for interfaces, etc. 
- SPOC for solution provider for 3rd level support, coordination of solution provider. 
- Reporting and monitoring of SLA targets
- Support Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager 

- Other tasks assigned by your superior

 

 

Who You Are:

- Fluent in English 
- Experienced IT Project/Service delivery/Development  for business application. (1~5 years)
- Experiences of business process in Pharmaceuticals, Life Science or Chemical industry is preferred but not mandatory. 
- Advanced knowledge of server platform (i.e. MS Windows Servers, MS Active Directory, Linux  and etc) is preferred.
- Database knowledge such as MS SQL Server  or Oracle
- Basic knowledge of network, firewall, IT Architecture and Technology.
- Preferred BI experiences,  Wonderware solutions, Programming skill such as Java, C#, ASP.net, or others.

- Preferred working experiences under Qualification and Validation framework
- Good knowledge of IT processes (ITIL based) and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, HPSM, JIRA,..)
- Good teamwork capability and customer orientation
