New Sales Development Manager (Organic Synthesis)

Your Role:

Responsible for New sales development activities that will drive both growth and profitability of the new application and customer with new products and service. Drivers in the process to bring technology and products to our existing and new customers.


  • Identifying the sales and services that would appeal to new customer and new segments
  • Managing company and customer expectations with New sales leads
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
  • Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales & marketing team to evaluate sales strategy and results
  • Sales target Management: set the project sales target and monitoring the sales target


Who You Are:

  • +Master degree (MBA preferred, Chemistry)
  • More than 10 years of experience in R&D and Marketing & Sales of Chemical reagents and/or kits, or a related area in the Chemical Industry.
  • Must be knowledgeable about chemical industry market, customers, competitors.
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Must understand and be able to discuss Organic Chemistry, Material Science and combinatorial chemistry with scientific credibility.
  • Must possess excellent analytical skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Must have logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Mush have high performance in MS office (especially in Excel & Powerpoint) and CRM (Sales
  • Must be highly customer-focused; self-starter with passion to seek out new applications and areas for bioscience business expansion.
  • Must be highly results-oriented to deliver quality work under time pressure/multiple priorities.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Korean
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • Drive License
