Product manager for LSC (유기합성)

Your Role:
•Responsible for product lifecycle activities that will drive both growth and profitability of the specified product lines. Drivers in the process to bring technology and products to our customers.
•Sales target by product group: Managing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Target and developing new customers & new items and expanding the market share ratio
•Marketing strategy & campaign management ◦Design and implement the yearly marketing plan to achieve the agreed sales revenue target for the specified product lines.
◦Provide strategic communications and marketing for the Lab & Specialty Chemicals: strategy goals, core products and thematic campaigns, including the segment marketing campaign.
◦Through in-depth market knowledge, design and implement the best marketing campaign in conjunction with global program and strategy.
◦Close liaison with account manager and sales team, ensuring development of campaign activities should be preceded according to the plan.
◦Oversee and monitor campaign delivery and review effectiveness, identifying creative and cost effective solutions to each campaign requirement.
•Local List price management: Implement local list price strategies consistent with Global Guideline and position assigned products against competition.
•Tech support for consumable : Offering all of the proper information, managing complaints and solving them



Who You Are:
•+ Bachelor degree (Master preferred, Chemistry)
•More than 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales & Product Management of Chemical reagents and/or kits, or a related area in the Chemical Industry.
•Previous lab experience desired.
•Must understand and be able to discuss Organic Chemistry, Material Science and combinatorial chemistry with scientific credibility.
•Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally.
•Must possess excellent analytical skills and multi-tasking capabilities, Logical thinking and Problem Solving Skills
•Mush have high performance in MS office (especially in Excel & Powerpoint) and CRM (Sales forece.com)
•Must be highly customer-focused; self-starter with passion to seek out new applications and areas for bioscience business expansion.
•Must be highly results-oriented to deliver quality work under time pressure/multiple priorities.
•Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
