Your role:

  1. Intake orders from emails and phones with high quality.
  2. Reply customer inquiry on stock availability, order status, transportation status via phone calls, emails with a careful and responsible manner on time.
  3. Well handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Other assignment from line manager based on operational requirements.

Who you are:

  1. 5Y+ working experience in customer service of related industry.
  2. Good communication skill, high responsibility, strong service awareness and high self-motivation.
  3. SAP experience and good English can be a plus.
