Your role:

The Product Manager develops and implements Stable Isotope portfolio business strategy and portfolio’s life cycle management in APAC region, ensuring business success through productive teamwork.

  • Understand market trend and customer needs: Discover, collect, analyze and understand the needs of customers and the trend of market. Work with the leaders to prioritizes customer segments and business opportunity.  
  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze compiled information, validate authenticity of competitor information, review & fine-tune reports, evolve formats & present reports, monitor analysis updates so as to provide business drivers for strategic planning.
  • Portfolio management: Take full responsibility of Stable Isotope portfolio management including portfolio life cycle management, business opportunity identification, implementing marketing material/activities etc.
  • Co-develop and execute marketing plan: Work with leaders to develop all demands generation and awareness activities for portfolio at country level including trade shows, customer event, campaigns, promotions etc. Ensure the local commercial organizations have the right tools and trainings to sell portfolio effectively.
  • Cross functional collaboration: Work along with sales, trade compliance, regulatory, supply chain, distribution to smooth the portfolio selling process.

Who you are:

  • Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related scientific field
  • 10 years or above industry experience
  • 5 years or above product management experience
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Highly goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment and partner with different country colleagues
  • Strong business ethics
  • Ability to influence in a complex organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
