Job title: Technical Application Expert—Bioprocess Integrated Solution
An expert role, who acts as the partner to sales, bringing technical expertise to drive business. Has deep insight into the customer environment and pain points and provides differentiating value stories.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Planning. With close supervision from managers, work with team members and partners, execute the development of a comprehensive plan in the business territory (business, marketing, pricing, etc.) with the alignment of China strategy in at least one product area and execute the tactic plan with collaborating others.
- Business development. Lead solutions and sales tactics by translating customer needs and pain points within the group with close supervision. Leading & presenting the differentiating value stories to achieve business win within the group. Partner with sales and drive the process from lead to order by leading technical discussions directly with customers with closed supervision.
- Organization Empowerment. Empower the organization by executing training/seminars and sales tools development in at least one product area with suitable expertise and application and marketing knowledge.
- Product Management. Interface with China partners and execute product cycle management in sales stages with Field Marketing (e.g., product alpha beta test, product launch/seeding, product obsolesce, VOC, etc.)
- Thought Leadership. Increase branding and reputation by delivering technology and application within the group.
- Leading Others. Train junior colleagues within the group.
Competences
- Builds expertise in all the technical areas within-group product scope( Bioprocess hardware system product), seeking out information and understanding the advanced and new technologies. Able to train junior colleagues within the group.
- Understand the Mab segment market, including customers, applications challenges & trends, competitions, etc., to create a simple analysis report. Familiar with other segment markets.
- Understand the selling process and be capable of applying advanced selling skills.
Requirement
- Hold bachelor's or above degree in Life Science related majors.
- 3-5 years work experience in Life Science related industry.
- Possess solid professional experiences, project experiences
