(Sr.) Digital Sales Specialist

The main responsibilities for this position are to manage, develop and drive digital sales business from accounts in assigned territories through digital tools, proactive contact, day-to-day activities (major but not limited to tel-sales activities) to achieve financial target in a major office-based environment. Another key aspect of this role will be seeking out new business opportunities within the territory via potential business development. A strong customer focus is critical to ensure that the customer`s needs are both understood and managed in a proactive and professional manner.

 

The ideal candidate is expected to be with analytical or chemical science background, strong capability to learn and agile mindset to grow business.

 

Your role:

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals
  • Analyze accounts and territory and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth by using digital tools.
  • Engage with customers to build and maintain relationships
  • Responsible for mapping key contacts and decision makers to prioritize selling activity
  • Command strong understanding of the competitive dynamics within assigned territory
  • Learn product and technical knowledge continuously
  • Maintain a cadence of account management activities
  • Input customer information and opportunities into the CRM system
  • Develop and maintain short and long-term opportunity pipelines

 

Who are you:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in biochemistry or chemistry relevant, with 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Fluent in both written and oral English
  • Strong communication and good time management skills
  • Highly result-driven and self-motivated
  • Teamwork and collaborative
  • Strong business ethics
  • Strong customer management and digital mindset would be preferred
