Medical Affairs Manager GM&E

Your role:

1. Medical Science  Driven Activities

  • Drive Medical activities from Phase IV, IST and PMS of on-marketed products, including study concept & protocol development, medical communications, medical information and publications.
  • Chair/co-chair medical driven national conference
  • Support regulatory affairs to develop and implement regulatory strategy to pro-long the lifecycle of  marked products
  • Provide project team with adequate resources in terms of capacity and qualification of team member according to the priority of the projects

2.  Medical Communication to sales and marketing:

  • Set up medical communication strategy including benefit and risk analysis, life cycle management, key publications on global congress and journals, details plan for ongoing and future manuscripts etc.
  • Medical check of promotion material
  • Provide necessary training material based on needs.
  • Contribute to the company strategy and TA strategies by providing medical expertise on marketing plan review meeting

3.  Medical Risk Management:

  • Develop risk and crisis management plan with drug safety and quality assurance manager
  • Provide medical solution and responsible for external medical communication
    Managerial Tasks
    People management:
  • Set people-related goals and priorities for whole Medical Affairs function
  • Recruit and retain key staff and contribute to the Talent and Succession Management process, provide professional training
  • Create and implement a performance and results driven culture
  • Review the functional SOPs and optimize the process if possible
