Technical Service Specialist

China Technical Support Specialist

 

China Technical Support Specialist/Scientist serves as the primary technical source for supporting sales activities within responsible regions (mainly in China, HK and Marcao).  China Technical Support Specialists/Scientist are expected to utilize their technical expertise to solve the technical issue from customers and internal or external sales by providing professional advice, tools, information and experiments.      
 

Your role:

  • To provide primary technical advice to customers mainly over the phone or in written manner. 
  • To provide customers with technical information and/or tools
  • To work on customers’ troubleshooting and/or complaints with a technical issue
  • To provide customers demo or/and technical guide in the field when necessary
  • To help on tradeshows or exhibitions by technical communication
  • To provide essential lab activity support if necessary.

 
 Who you are:

  • Solid professional technical back ground , minimum bachelor  Degree in relevant microbiology, drug, biological etc  and relevant working experience like pharmaceutical, F&B is necessary. Experience on analytical Chemistry will be a plus.
  • Nice communication and coordinating skill is required
  • Customer-focused, result-oriented, proactive/action-oriented,
  • High energy and passion to the work
  • Good team player
  • Quick learner
  • Good command of English.
  • 1-3 years related experience is preferable.
