Your Role:

Support the overall maintenance, development and improvement of Quality Systems for the department such as auditing, training, vendor management, equipment qualification, change control, complaint handling, and documentation control while remaining compliant with Corporate policies and initiatives. This includes oversight of the instrument calibration program, response to customer complaints and audit findings, management of CAPA events, support of local process improvement initiatives, participation in customer audits, and training of local employees in updated policies. This position also supports the department validation team with coordinating activities and assisting with associated documentation.  

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Life Science discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in the specific QA/QC job function
  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing interactions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in life science, pharmacy or chemical engineering 
  • Chemical manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards 
  • Awareness of Data Integrity principles 
  • Data analysis experience 
  • Microsoft Office experience 
  • SAP experience
