Your Role:
The Sheboygan Electronics R&D team is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our metallics research group. In this role, you will lead projects focused on the synthesis and purification of organometallic compounds, monitor experimental processes, and oversee laboratory/facility operations.
Shift: Monday - Friday 2-10:30pm.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or other Engineering or Life Science discipline.
- 1+ years’ experience in chemical industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with glassware manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO Quality standards and 6S.
- Experience in statistical analysis and data management.
- Experience with analytical techniques and equipment such as, GC, NMR, IR.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling methods.
Pay Range for this position - $31.00/hr. - $48.00/hr.
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
