Your Role:  

 

The Quality Assurance Project Manager at MilliporeSigma will lead and support multiple Electronics projects to improve systems/processes/procedures related to the High-Volume Manufacturing QA team to ensure that the site meets customer and Corporate Quality requirements. The QA Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure project deliverables are completed to internal and external requirements. This involves the coordination of projects supporting the Electronics’ industry and includes the preparation of project plans and progress reports, organization of project teams, and coordination of project team activities. 

:

  • Coordinate and support local and multi-site-based projects including tech/product transfers, product scale-up activities, Digitalization automation initiatives, and major process and product change proposals
  • Lead short-term projects to help address quality issues or lead improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate internal qualification plans (IQPs) and supporting documentation, as needed for product and process changes and projects
  • Present changes to the Technical Review teams and Global Change board
  • Track and document project KPIs such as quality, quantity, time, proposal turn-around time, scope changes, etc.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards, SEMI Standards, Operations, and other facility related capabilities
  • Work with relevant departments to ensure schedules meet the needs of multiple projects

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other scientific discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in project management

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry
  • Ability to think strategically, evaluate information, and take decisive action once the necessary information has been gathered
  • Ability to lead site-based project teams across multiple departments while communicating and working well with other sites
  • Ability to lead complex internal and customer facing initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and communicate technical topics with non-technical parts of the company
  • Excellent team building and motivational skills
  • Proficiency in Statistics and interpretation of data to support data driven solutions which support Business challenges and Continuous Improvement initiatives for digitalization and automation
  • Excel, Word, and MS project experience
