 Your Role:

Supports the shipment of customer orders following current procedures and guidelines for selecting, checking and/or packing. Process inbound shipments for unpacking and restocking following current procedures and guidelines.

In this role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the supervisor by serving as a lead technical expert, managing daily workflows, resolving technical issues, and keeping management informed of potential problems.
  • Provide direct guidance, training, and cross-training to employees within assigned work areas.
  • Schedule carrier dock appointments, unload inbound trucks, unpack shipments, and resolve issues with incoming deliveries.
  • Put away unpacked items, perform shelf maintenance, restock returned products, and follow established auditing guidelines for warehouse inventory.
  • Pull items and customer orders using proper equipment appropriate for order size and weight, then stage materials for processing and routing.
  • Pack materials per instructions, verify chemicals and lot numbers against order documentation, and apply required hazard labels and markings in strict compliance with regulations.
  • Enter packed orders into the metering system (Evcor), stage completed boxes, verify markings, and prepare skids in designated carrier locations for pickup.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, perform general duties/projects as assigned, and demonstrate exemplary attendance and reliability.
  • Hours/Shift: 1st, 7:00am-330pm.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of warehouse and or manufacturing experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with warehouse pick and packing operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, selecting carts, packing equipment and various cutting instruments.
  • Power equipment operators license if required in a specific functional area.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Experience with SAP.

 

Pay Range for this position - $23/hr-$36/hr

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
