Commercial Process Excellence Expert

Your Role

  • Act as go-to person for CRM support for internal customers.
  • Perform first-level CRM administration functions including but not limited to user account set up, daily user support and reports. 
  • Participate in the preparation of training materials.
  • Deliver targeted and general training to users via collaboration tools and/or in-person training. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of KPI through reporting.
  • Contribute to improve/simplify sales, marketing, and customer excellence processes and systems.  Work with business users and Commercial Operation Excellence team members to identify opportunities for system/business process improvement and document system change requirements. 
  • Assess user competencies, define training needs and implement training program.

Who You Are

  • Professional background/experience in sales processes, sales tools, process optimization, sales training and effective communication (or any subset of these). 
  • Understanding of the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical Business Environment a plus. 
  • Previous work experience within a multi-national, multi-cultural environment required.
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work on global environment
  • Ability to work independently and develop personal initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks, goal-oriented and dedicated to meet deadlines
  • Very strong communication skills both written and verbal with all levels of management
  • Ability to be extremely responsive to internal and external customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast paced diverse environment
  • Rigorous analytics, sense of confidentiality, well-structured and disciplined
  • Willingness and ability to perform global travel
