Quality Assurance Specialist

Your Role:

  • Management of Life Science Quality Management System
  • Complaint, Deviation, Change Control and Audit management
  • Supplier Quality Management

 

Key Accountibilities

  • Ensure audit readinesss at all times
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions
  • Assist and review training programs including quality procedures and regulations
  • Write and review operational procedures (SOPs) and other QA-controled documents under Life Science Quality Management System
  • Support qualification of suppliers and vendors 
  • Support and/or investigations on distribution related complaints
  • Notify management of any complaints or inquires that may cause distrubution delays 
  • Coordinate with customer and internal departments to resolvee distribution roadblocks 
  • Review customer questionnaires in a timely manner to ensure the company remains a qualified for top tier customer

 

Who You Are:

  • Degree or equivalent industry experience in a relevant scientific-based/quality assurance position
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in quality assurance in a Pharmaceutical or related MNC
  • Familiar with specific knowledge (ISO, GDP, GMP) and quality audit skills
  • Team Player with effective communication skills (oral, written presentation)
  • Good time/ organization management skills
  • Strong analytical/ problem management skills
