Strategy & Execution Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Applied Solutions APAC Strategy & Execution Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Head of Applied APAC Marketing, Strategy & Execution (MSX)

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders across the APAC organization, to develop and drive strategic projects, especially with a focus on execution & strategy realization of key digital initiatives for Applied Solutions APAC

  • Coordinate workstream leads, ensuring timely completion of deliverables / expectations of Senior Stakeholders (e.g. milestones, actions, templates, calendar), ensuring MSX team goals are aligned with regional commercial and global objectives

  • Ensures business impact-level KPI measurement and executive reporting on APAC’s contribution to the Applied business

  • Participates in the development of organizational alignment, competency assessments and skills development, as directed by the Head of MSX

  • Delivers effective change management and communications for digital implementation and process streamlining within APAC Applied

  • Has a deep knowledge of the various CRM and Marketing Automation programs which the company operates (this role would also comprehend web-based technologies, analytics, BI, Eloqua, etc.)

  • Has a responsibility to stay abreast of technology for lead generation in the digital world and works closely with the demand generation manager/team

  • Fulfills a role to ensure that lead generation campaigns have a projected ROI before launch and measures the results against the estimate

  • Has a solid working relationship with the various members of the marketing and sales departments, including product management

  • Select, implement and drive adoption of a sales force automation platform

  • Develop and/or improve processes that drive greater sales efficiency

  • Collaborate with product and regional marketing on the development, management and measurement of shared sales/marketing processes (e.g. lead management or campaigns)

  • Act as a liaison to finance, marketing and product management


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business administration

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, sales, marketing or other relevant functional position

  • Highly motivated, execution-focused individual with the ability to self-define role and activities

  • Preferably experience in digital marketing and e-commence

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM Salesforce.com (Salesforce.com)

  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and influence skills with experience in a complex matrix structure and ability to build relationships at all levels

  • Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities; project management skills

  • Demonstrate leadership, learning agility and action orientation when facing uncertainty

  • Meticulous in details and have proficient analytical skills
