Your role: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as Head of Commercial Excellence. You will work in close collaboration with country top management and business unit teams in order to have a high level of visibility of the business and drive and support business decisions and strategy within Commercial Excellence (salesforce effectiveness, Segmenting and Targeting, omnichannel management), Digitalization activities, Forecasting, Market Analysis, Pricing management, Strategy definition and Business Planning. You will lead and drive business analysis and interpret data accordingly to business needs. You will do data research and analysis to deliver key market insights such as Market and competitor analysis, key growth drivers, market opportunities and market trends etc. You will drive business plans and strategy including forecasting for the Danish biopharma organization. Be the driver for the Operating Planning (OP) and Brand Planning working closely together with the Business. You will be responsible for defining omnichannel and digitalization needs for our affiliates. Drive salesforce effectiveness and deliver field force insights to Business Unit Heads, profiling, segmentation and targeting for all business franchise.

Who you are:

  • You have a University Degree (Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar), MBA will be a valuable asset
  • You have experience (minimum 5-7 years) in a similar position (or marketing or sales support)
  • You have experience with Business Intelligence
  • You have experience with digital tools
  • You have experience working with a field sales force and/or with Commercial processes
  • You have senior computer skills in the Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You have a background in influencing cross-functional teams toward the execution of a strategic initiative
  • You are proficient in English
