Associate Manager - eCommerce

Your role:

The Associate Manager - eCommerce will lead a team around eCommerse enterprise content and translation solutions.  Manage day to day activities of an Agile development team using Scrum.  This includes driving both defect and enhancement as well as project development.  You will work with solution architects and project management to plan and resource projects accordingly.  Work with scrum masters, functional analysts, and developers to execute building scalable solutions to successfully implement requirements that meet business needs. Manage content administrator and insure the availability of content systems.  Support existing software solutions in legacy systems.

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of hands on development experience
  • 2+ years leading a development team
  • Experience with Agile methodology and software development using Scrum
  • Excellent leadership skills and able to deliver work products on time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with global team
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills and be customer centric
  • Experience developing in Java preferred
  • Knowledge in enterprise content management related to eCommerce preferred
  • Knowledge in enterprise translation management related to eCommerce preferred
