Your Role:
As a Sourcing Professional for the Region Americas, you will be accountable for managing regional spend within your designated categories. You will help to solve the challenge of managing costs, supply disruptions, and stakeholder management through product availability and competitive pricing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive value and ensure supply security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Work with global and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and enhance supplier relationships.
• Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the Life Science industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Life Science.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Stakeholder management skills and can engage in consultative interactions.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies that deliver substantial value.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication skill; both verbally and written.
• Experience working both as a team and independently.
• Experience with analytical tools, Excel, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
