Business Partner Liaison

Your role:

 

As GSA Business Partner in Customer Excellence, you serve as a single point of contact for your assigned Global Strategic Account Director (GSAD).  As a GSA Business Partner, you have the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface between GSAD and other internal departments as well as the Global Strategic Account customer. 

In addition to triaging the issues received from the GSAD, you will work with the local account managers on certain activities, as agreed upon with the GSAD, and be responsible for the coordination of various other projects as assigned. 

Other duties include but are not limited to providing scheduled and ad hoc reporting, analyzing data, addressing supply chain escalations, etc. This role is responsible for building and executing relationships with key stakeholders, improving customer satisfaction, and serving as a Customer Excellence expert in delivering superior customer service to their Global Strategic Account customers globally. Travel 1-2 times per year. 

 

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of customer service experience

 

Preferred Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a science or business discipline
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of relevant communications processes
  • Effective written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present to senior management.
  • Profound skills in leading internal/external project teams, also in an international environment.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Access, willingness to learn about the product portfolio relevant to the customer
  • Good knowledge of the organization, systems, and processes with a capacity to question and listen to solve problems
  • Provide a systematic and holistic approach to support strategic implementation, with the ability to proceed without authority by providing a diplomatic approach and utilizing negotiation skills
  • Team player, facilitator, decision-maker, customer-focused, with a high sense of urgency
