Your Role:

 

As a key member of the B2B Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a highly diverse team driving one of the leading Life Science eCommerce businesses in the world. This role is a key contributor to our B2B eCommerce team, in this role you will work directly with our customers and internal teams to facilitate processes around customer-specific catalogs and data needs. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, possessing a blend of skills including a customer-first attitude, exceptional communication, and strong process mindset.

 

This position will also be a valued member of the B2B Catalog team contributing to overall channel-specific growth targets, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Catalog, B2B this role will work across multiple teams and global functions to serve our growing B2B customer base.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Collaborate with customers, commercial, and eCommerce to facilitate delivery of customer catalogs, prioritizing on-time metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with key business clients to understand their needs and document customer and platform requirements.
  • Possess a data-driven mindset, measuring efficiency, and tracking KPIs within their scope.
  • Monitor and report on B2B Catalog performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Be obsessed with the life science customer and their journey through our digital ecosystem.
  • Deep dive into process inefficiencies identifying root causes, documenting, and facilitating long-term fixes with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Work with numerous internal stakeholders to challenge the status quo of current business processes and find solutions to complex problems. 
    • Display exceptional stakeholder management skills working across the globe with cross-functional software development, commercial, IT, ERP, data, and pricing teams to solution/solve customer requirements. 

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, data science, science, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in the digital, eCommerce, or life science industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fundamental experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Microsoft Excel, Planner, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Experience with tools like Tableau, Google Looker, or similar to gather, analyze, and interpret data sets.
  • Familiar with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
  • Experience working in a client facing role with defined deadlines.
  • 5+ years working in consulting, data science, eCommerce, or similar industry in global roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively articulate status and deadlines to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven project management experience, with a strong track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects and initiatives.
  • Experience in highly matrixed global organizations with the ability to direct stakeholders through influence.
  • Knowledge of procurement dynamics that drive online sales in a B2B environment, experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
