Your Role:

 

As a Facilities Quality Coordinator in St. Louis, MO, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating contracted facilities activities. Responsibilities and tasks include:

 

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee contracted facilities activities for events.
  • Coordinates and participates in the preparation of facilities for special events, activities or meetings including set-up of equipment and furniture as necessary.    
  • Work SAP and Aware Manager for planning and scheduling. Assign work to groups/vendors and close out work, pull reports, and send to vendors to assure closure of work orders from the vendor in these systems.
  • Work in SAP for creating purchase requisitions and make payments through the Request for Assistance (RFA) system.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives around maintenance, facilities, and engineering processes. 
  • Document work performed on equipment in both electronic and written forms.
  • Routinely utilize SAP for PM management, purchasing, and budgeting.
  • Input any changes or preventive maintenance into the SAP CMMS system.
  • Support quality and facilities audit findings and provide documentation to Quality as needed.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
  • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.

  • Perform moderately physical activity.
  • The employee may often sit, stand, walk, use their hands for handling or feeling, and reach with their hands and arms. Additionally, they may climb or balance, as well as stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee may wear a mask, safety shoes, suits, protective gloves, safety glasses and/or goggles while performing in this position (PPE).

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Associate's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or other Business discipline OR CAD Design, Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering discipline.
  • Valid Driver's License.

 

OR

 

  • Valid Driver's License

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Working knowledge of various health and safety codes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management/project management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with obtaining permits.
  • Knowledge of creating purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Experience processing payments using the Request for Assistance (RFA) system.
  • 5+ years of experience in planning/scheduling facilities activities, and/or MRO material and service sourcing or management.
