Your Role:

The Manufacturing Technician 2 at the Broadway site is responsible for setting up and preparing products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning up equipment and manufacturing suites after production operations, complete batch records during the production of products, and always follow all safety and quality policies. Job duties include:

• Shift Hours:  Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm.
• Set up and operate processing equipment, with a focus on scales and balances, for accurate dispensing and packaging.
• Execute batch records in SAP and ensure complete, accurate documentation including logbooks and compliance forms.
• Clean equipment and work areas post-production, manage proper waste disposal, and maintain compliance records.
• Deliver finished products to the warehouse using a motorized pallet jack and label all in-process equipment and containers properly.
• Communicate production status and deviations to supervisors in a timely and clear manner.
• Perform in-process assays and assist in setup and handling of technically challenging products.

Physical Attributes:

• Wear appropriate PPE for production processes including but not limited to full face respirators, gloves, and suits).
• Lifting and pushing up to 50 pounds.

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 + years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science.
• Experience with safe chemical handling methods.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Good computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
