Your Role:
The Manufacturing Technician 3 – 2nd Shift at the South Broadway site is responsible for weighing and formulating products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning up equipment and manufacturing suites after production operations, complete batch records during the production of products, and always follow all safety and quality policies. Job duties include:
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00PM – 10:30PM.
- Weigh media powders and compounds per batch records to support formulation processes.
- Set up, prepare, and clean equipment and rooms following manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Follow all production operating procedures, safety policies, and PPE requirements.
- Transport chemicals and equipment using pallet jacks or dollies as needed.
- Monitor product quality and quantity throughout production; identify and report deviations.
- Complete accurate batch records and ensure all logbooks are properly maintained.
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment, adjusting parameters or configurations as necessary with proper approval.
Physical Attributes:
- Wear appropriate PPE for production processes including but not limited to full face respirators, gloves, and suits.
- Lifting and pushing up to 50 pounds.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years’ experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science.
- SAP Experience.
- Experience with safe chemical handling methods.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, interpersonal and organizational skill.
