Your Role
An exciting opportunity is available to join our organization as a Lead Operational Technology Project Manager.


In this role, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle for OT, from defining the scope to planning and initiation to execution and completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and operational efficiency. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of OT and IT environments, enterprise architecture, and regulatory requirements, focusing on various areas of automation, including Process Automation, Building Automation, Factory Automation, Lab Automation, Warehouse Automation, OT-Infrastructure and OT-Connectivity. The Lead OT-PM role involves managing and leading cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Who You Are


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Technology or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience which includes project management, particularly in the field of IT and OT.
  • Strong understanding of OT systems and connectivity solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Keen to act flexibly and cope with changing conditions in a cross functional global network.
  • Able to travel for business trips up to 40% including domestic and possibly international.
