Your Role:
In this role you will work in a project-focused environment as a member of a multidisciplinary Process Development (PD) group responsible for developing and qualifying manufacturing and analytical methods to support new product introduction and optimize existing processes. This role will provide administrative support to the project management and technical sub-teams within the group to advance project goals. Experience in this role provides a foundation for growth towards a Senior Project Manager position within the group.
- Manage records and workflows in our New Product Data Introduction (NPDI) system: Review records, ensure accuracy through checklists, complete local data setup steps, and gather site metrics to communicate workflow efficiency
- Update NPDI templates and operational procedures and manage NPDI training
- Assist with creating technical instructions, SOPs, and product info records
- Initiate and complete tasks for process deviations and product changes in our Quality Management System
- Serve as lab coordinator: Manage material acquisition and inventory, coordinate equipment maintenance and PM contracts, execute 6S activities, and coordinate sample processing and shipments
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or other Life Science discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP
- Experience in technical writing instruction
