Your Role:

Come join our team to drive our Cell Line and Cell Culture Media portfolio to success. Be in the center of gravity for a strongly growing portfolio of Process Solutions and drive the implementation of tactical and strategic initiatives to foster innovation and growth. In your role as Product Manager for Cell Lines & Cell Culture Media, you will:

Contribute to the achievements of strategy and sales targets by operationally managing an existing portfolio of Cell Lines and Cell Culture Media throughout their life cycle.

Proactively manage the existing portfolio by understanding day-to-day needs and closing process gaps and potential risks early in advance, together with a strong team of internal stakeholders.

Be customer-centric by handling and ensuring the success of product line inquiries, critical quality issues, and critical supply disruptions. You will drive proactive communication in direct customer contact, supporting key stakeholders in sales.

You will support new product launches, including the collection of product information, coordination of internal functions, and ensuring product availability on time.

You will enable portfolio optimization by periodically reviewing product line performance and long-tail analysis, including portfolio rationalization.

You will represent the customer and business perspective in internal projects, ensuring that we stay at the center of innovation and growth.

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business or related
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the Life Science and/or pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Strong background in Marketing and Product Management.
  • Regulatory and technical knowledge in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Bioprocessing, and/or Cell Line and Cell Culture applications.
  • Fluent in English

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • German speaking
  • Project management skills with a proven track record of successful implemented improvement projects.

 

Preferred location to be in MO, open to anywhere in the US. No Relocation offered

 

 Pay Range for this position: $84,600 - $178,300. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
