Your Role
The Production Coordinator at the Spruce site coordinates products and inventory in the manufacturing areas by staging material for production use, transporting materials to and from process areas, maintaining consumables inventory, fulfilling raw material requests from other departments, and assisting with physical inventory activities.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Staging materials physically and in SAP according to manufacturing procedures/BOMs
- Fulfilling raw material requests from other departments and updating inventory in SAP accordingly
- Maintain consumables inventory in the labs and submit requests for additional materials as needed
- Troubleshoot SAP related inventory issues as they arise and assist manufacturing in addressing any discrepancies
- Assist with physical inventory of manufacturing bins
- Assist with regular maintenance of common laboratory equipment
- 6S/organize areas as required
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with manufacturing and materials management
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of related warehouse experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive applications
- Operate computers /PCs and RF scanning gun
- Organized and detail oriented
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and physical inventory experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience with GMP, ISO, or an FDA regulated environment
