Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Virtualization Engineer with extensive hands-on experience to join our global Citrix team. The ideal candidate will be a Virtualization expert with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Citrix farms and should also have expertise in managing the VMware infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Citrix virtualization solutions, including Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops, and Citrix Cloud
• Manage and maintain Citrix NetScaler infrastructure, including load balancing, GSLB, authentication, and SSL offloading.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with other IT systems and applications
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Citrix and VMware-related issues
• Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix configurations, processes, and procedures
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Citrix and VMware
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Citrix administration and engineering, preferred greater than 10 years of experience
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing multiple Citrix XenApp (CVAD), and VMware Infrastructures
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Citrix NetScaler ADC appliances
• Strong understanding of virtualization and networking concepts
• Solid experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Worked in a highly regulated environment
• Automation Skills using PowerShell
• Professional certifications such as CCP-V, or CCE-V, VCP are highly desirable

Location: St. Louis, MO, USA OR Burlington, MA; Hybrid

Travel: <10%, International and Domestic
