Your Role:

As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in driving incremental organic search revenue and enhancing our search engine optimization efforts. Working as part of our enterprise eCommerce SEO team, you will collaborate with business partners to implement best practices, monitor platform health from a search perspective, and track individual campaign performance. This role will also contribute to our evolving strategy around AI-driven SEO and emerging search technologies. This position reports to the Head of Organic Media within the Digital Marketing department and works closely with a team of marketers, engineers, and analysts.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive incremental organic search revenue by executing technical SEO best practices
  • Work with business partners to develop and implement search engine optimization strategies
  • Track, measure, and report on the overall health of platforms from a search engine perspective
  • Analyze and report on individual search campaigns, aligning insights with business priorities
  • Assist in shaping a best-in-class strategy around AI-driven search technologies, including AIO, SGE, and LLM-based chatbots
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement in site performance and indexability
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure SEO requirements are met during web development initiatives
  • Keep up to date with evolving search engine algorithms, AI advancements, and industry trends

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other marketing discipline

OR

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other life sciences discipline

 

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or life sciences with a strong emphasis on SEO 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO tools such as SemRush, Botify, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
  • Proficient in data manipulation languages such as SQL and Python
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML as they relate to technical SEO
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Work independently on strategic projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging AI-driven SEO technologies
  • Experience with enterprise-level eCommerce SEO strategies
  • Exposure to AI-based search developments and an interest in the evolving landscape of AIO/SGE/LLMs
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
