+ Role purpose:

      This is a multifaceted role with primary responsibilities to:

  1. establish  project management culture within Merck through ensuring key strategic affiliate projects are managed by the teams with a strong project management approach
  2. Ensure affiliate prioritized projects are delivered to a quality and timeline expected
  3. Maintain a successful local business partnership with Mylan through managing the supply of the General Medicines Portfolio and identifying opportunities to widen this partnership.


+ Job requirements:

  •    Demonstrated strength in proactive collaboration with CLT and brand teams
  • High level communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to gain belief and buy-in to a project through influence & leadership
  • Strength in strategic planning skills
  • Demonstrated experience in successful complex project management
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Strong financial management skills with experience managing national projects
  • Project liaison with global networks
  • Proven negotiation skills within complex projects
  • Strong proficiency in training others in the development of project management tools and techniques
