Systems Integration and Training Specialist

Your Role:

 

A newly created opportunity to join the ANZ Commercial Excellence Team at our Healthcare Division. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for the day to day management of core sales and marketing systems and increasing the use and integration of system functions into the broader business.

 

In addition, you will be partnering primarily with CRM System Champions in each BU they will design, implement and train longer term system solutions supporting the business strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Manage the operation of the CRM (Veeva), Sales Force Marketing Cloud (M3) and Veritas systems
  • Work with the Regional and Global teams to develop and enhance systems for greater operational alignment
  • Design, develop and implement solutions to business issues being experienced in using supporting systems
  • Ensure the CRM (Veeva), Sales Force Marketing Cloud (M3) and Veritas systems are embedded and fully utilised by the local organisation
  • Measure and increase competency of system usage across the sales, medical and marketing functions.
  • Partner with CRM Champions to implement an ongoing training program to maintain system usage quality and understanding
  • Develop and support New User training for the organisation
  • Build and support a knowledge base for the business providing a one-stop-shop for support, advice, and guidance for the systems.
  • Integrate ANZ training activities with regional and global structures.
  • Work within company SOP, industry guidelines (Medicines Australia & RMI) and apply company Values and Code of Conduct in daily duties activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with business policies, standards, project timelines and budget

 

 

Who you are:

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in systems management and systems implementation or related experience
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or health care industry is preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information technology or Data science.
  • Experience in CRM system, Veeva/Sales Force is preferred
  • Previous training experience in Business or Technology subjects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills: ability to juggle complex projects, organise and prioritise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, visible and dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships inside and out of the organisation.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude to deliver results
  • Proven ability to adapt and influence change
