Medical Project Manager

Your role:

1. Leads the Patient Support Program(s)

2. Manages internal & external stakeholders/ parties for the Patient Support Program(s) and RAS Testing Donation

3. Controls the budget

4. Provides internal and external parties with medical/scientific information on company products

5. Supports other strategic or innovative projects related to marketed products & pipeline assets across different therapy areas, as prioritized by the country leadership & management team

6. Supports Country Medical team on medical excellence and training activities in close collaboration with local stakeholders and regional colleagues

 

Who you are:

(a) Education Level: 
MD, MS or Ph.D. degree in a science-related field

(b) Working Experiences: 
2-3 years experience in project management/ senior MSL or higher position in medical or relevant business
function in multinational Pharma companies

(c) Professional Skills:

1. In depth industrial understanding and business insight 

2. Knowledge of companion diagnosis development  

3. Familiarity with customer thinking and engaging style 

4. Project management and process improvement abilities

5. Excellent intrapersonal communication, organizational, and presentation skills

6. Superior negotiation and influencing skills

7. Fluent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

8. Familiarization of computer software (ex. Offices) and good technical understanding for databases management

9. Ability to work effectively in cross functional team

10. People management experience (a plus)
