Marketing Operations Lead

Your Role: 

As marketing operations lead, you will be leading a global team of marketing operations specialists, in a newly created marketing operations team. The marketing operations lead will be responsible for planning, resourcing & executing projects essential for the success of the In vitro Diagnostic (IVD) & Critical Raw Materials franchise. Location for this role is flexible.

 

The marketing operations lead will partner with product management as the primary interface with manufacturing and other internal teams. In this highly visible and collaborative role you will need to:

 

  • Lead, direct & develop a team of marketing operations specialists
  • Delegate and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, SAP implementation & other teams as needed
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Develop project plans, measure, and analyze effectiveness though KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Prioritize & execute projects across various disciplines including technology infrastructure, data management, analytics, and compliance
  • Implement systems and tools to improve operating efficiency and ensure optimal customer experience. Create and maintain best practice processes

 

Who you are:         

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience, or MS degree with 3+ years of experience in a Marketing or Operations (ISCO) role.
  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally and domestically up to 20%

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of successfully managing large process improvement projects with a high degree of complexity
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with proven ability to prioritize and traffic quick turnaround requests
  • A leader capable of managing a global team, who can successfully operate in a matrix organization
  • Proven ability to apply lessons learned across multiple disciplines, make decisions, and solve problems independently
  • Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in measurement and reporting techniques
  • Experience with SAP and/or ERP migration projects highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, energetic, organized, and results oriented
