Location:

The Global Marketing Manager, Patterning Products is a remote position from the United States, preferred locations, Carlsbad, CA, Tempe, AZ, Austin, TX, Branchburg, NJ. This role will require 20% domestic and international travel to meet business needs.

 

Your role:

Join us as the Global Market Manager for Patterning Products, where you will shape our Photolithography portfolio strategy and marketing on a global scale. Key responsibilities include developing market intelligence, leading opportunity management with Sales and Applications teams, and implementing portfolio strategies in collaboration with the Global Market Manager Innovation team. You will establish pricing strategies tailored to various factors and represent the company at industry conferences. This role requires agility in responding to cross-functional teams and customer needs, along with strong project management skills and experience in semiconductor process tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Portfolio Strategy: Shape and implement the Photolithography portfolio strategy and marketing initiatives on a global scale, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Maintain up-to-date market intelligence by assessing market size, competitive positioning, and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Opportunity Management: Collaborate with Sales and Applications teams to lead opportunity management for key products and samples, driving growth and innovation in the market.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Establish and implement pricing strategies and corridors tailored to product specifications, regional dynamics, customer types, and sales volumes to optimize profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Representation: Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, respond swiftly to customer needs, and represent the company at industry conferences to showcase leadership in the market.

 

Who you are:

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or other related areas with 5+ years of experience of project management and or experience in the design of experiments.

OR

  • Master’s degree in science, engineering, business, or other related areas with 3+ years of experience of project management and or experience in the design of experiments.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the semiconductor industry and process tools.
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor Photolithography process and materials.
  • Hands on experience with using SFDC, Prisma/Zilliant, and Wave or other related software.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated the ability to navigate and manage global teams within a complex matrix environment.
  • Inspirational leadership skills and can energize and lead projects effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited direction.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence cross-functional teams and peers positively.

 

 

 

Pay Range for this position: $129,50 - $194,400

 

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
