【職務内容】

■顧客からの問合せ/営業サポート/および注文/納期管理に渡る一連のビジネスフローのデジタル化推進およびオペレーションの実行をして頂くポジションです。

RPA、チャットボットなどの最新テクノロジーを活用した業務効率化・自動化のためのデジタルソリューションの開発・運用をビジネス側を代表してリードして頂きます。

■海外の開発チーム、国内のシステム開発会社とのコンタクトパーソンとなり、ビジネスとITの橋渡しとなることを期待します。

 

【必要な資質】

■カスタマーサポート業務の経験をお持ちの方。

■デジタル化推進に関連する知識や業務経験をお持ちの方。

■デジタルサービスや業務システムの開発経験(要件定義、設計、開発など)歓迎。

■コミュニケーション:海外チームとのプロジェクトや会議。交渉も多いため、それに対応できる英語力。

■リーダーシップ:一定の業務経験を積んだ後にチームリーダーとなれるようなリーダーシップマインドを持っている。
