オンラインツール、eCommerce, その他ウェブアプリケーション等、さまざまなデジタルプロジェクトの日常的な管理と円滑な運営を担当していただきます。

 

このポジションでは、戦略的な考え方を持ったプロジェクトマネジメントのプロフェッショナルとして、体系的にタスクを管理し、優れた時間管理スキルを備えていることが求められます。

 

コミュニケーションスキルを駆使して、さまざまなチームと効果的にコラボレーションする必要があります。

 

Responsibilities

デジタルプロジェクトのEnd to Endを管理して、Webプレゼンスを確立し、ブランド認知度を高め、収益性を高めることを目指します。

具体的には以下のいずれかもしくは両方が含まれます。

 

-eコマース、その他デジタル関連のプロジェクト管理

関連プロジェクトの主導/管理を担当。社内外の利害関係者と協力関係を持ちプロジェクトを推進。

 

-eCommerce, デジタル戦略の企画

Head of eCommerce & Digitalとともにデジタル戦略を立案、サポート。社内(国内・海外)の関係者とディスカッションを行いながら推進、施策内容や投資対効果の具体化を行う。

 

Qualifications/Skills

-リード獲得から売り上げを生成するデジタルプロジェクト管理の経験

(eCommerceの経験があれば尚可)

-プレゼンテーションスキルを備えた戦略的な考え方

-社内外の利害関係者とのプロジェクトを促進するためのリーダーシップと調整スキル

-読み書き以上の英語力、日本語のネイティブレベル

 

 

We are looking for a qualified Digital project manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including online tools, eCommerce and web applications.

For this position, we expect you to be a project management professional with strategic mindsets. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

 

Responsibility

Manage end-to-end digital projects to establish our web presence, boost brand awareness and increase profitability.

Responsibilities will include partially or fully;

 

-Manage eCommerce and/ or other digital projects

Lead and manage related projects. Interact with internal and overseas stakeholders.

 

-Plan eCommerce and Digital strategies

Support Head of eCommerce & Digital to devise eCommerce and Digital strategies. Discuss with internal (domestic/ overseas) stakeholders, promote initiatives, and concretize initiative details and ROI.

 

Responsible for leading/ managing related projects. Interact with internal and overseas stakeholders.

 

Qualifications/Skills

-Leading digital project activities with strong lead acquisition and sales results.

-Strategic mindset with strong presentation skills

-Leadership and coordination skills to facilitate projects with internal and external stakeholders

-English business conversation level, Japanese native level
