フィールドマーケティングマネージャーとして、主に製薬企業の研究者(製剤および精製工程の業務)と関わり、当社の製剤開発における製品とサービスの情報提供、コンサルティング業務を行います。顧客の技術的なニーズを理解し、新規ビジネス獲得のために当社製品の利点を説明します。技術セミナーや業界イベントでプレゼンテーションを行い、認知度や好奇心を高め、製剤に関するプレゼンスを高め、ビジネスの成長に貢献します。バイオ医薬品の製造プロセスに関する深い知識は必須であり、できれば抗体やタンパク質製剤に関する知識があれば、技術的な課題をビジネスチャンスに変えることができます。営業チームと連携し、行動計画を策定し、Go-to-Market計画を実行することができます。また、新製品開発や価値提案に貢献するために、市場や顧客の声をステークホルダーにフィードバックすることもできます。また、関連する業界フォーラム、協会、トレンドや新たな解決策を示す業界の主導者となるような活動に積極的に参加し、影響力のある製剤研究者や規制当局とのコンタクトをさらに深め、維持することができます。

 

必要な資格・経験/求める人物像

 

バイオテクノロジー、分子生物学、化学、薬学の修士号(博士号取得者優遇

抗体医薬やペプチドまたは非経口製剤分野での経験。

最低3年の直接関連業務経験

顧客ニーズ、業界動向、市場の影響を理解していること。

大手製薬会社の製剤開発部門や規制当局の担当者、業界のオピニオンリーダーと幅広い人脈を持ち、意思決定者や影響者と継続的に対話ができる。

規制に関するトピック、PIC(S)、IPEC、GMP、業界標準に関する深い知識

多様な聴衆に対して、文書および口頭で明確かつ効果的にコミュニケーションする能力を有すること。

自主的に行動する能力を備え、自己管理ができるプロフェッショナル

グローバルにネットワーク化された組織において、影響力を行使して管理する能力

注目度の高い社外・社内プロジェクトをリードした実績を有すること

言語 日本語、英語のバイリンガル / 韓国語知識があれば尚可

As a Field Marketing manager within Life Science – Process Solutions business field (A&F ), you will engage with scientists – both formulation and downstream operations to position our formulation products and services. You will understand technical requirements and explain our product benefits for winning new business. You will present at technical seminars and industry events to create awareness, curiosity, and sustainable access to formulation teams. With your in-depth knowledge of Biological Processes is essential, preferably on biomolecule formulation, you will be able to translate technical challenges into business opportunities. You will partner with the sales teams to develop Plan of Actions and execute the Go-to-Market plans. You will also provide market and Voice of Customer inputs to contribute to new product development and value propositions. You will also be active in relevant industry forums, associations, and Thought Leadership activities and further develop and maintain influential formulation and regulatory contacts.

 

 

Required Qualifications & Experience / Who you are:

 

  • Master’s in biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical sciences while PhD is preferred
  • Experience in Biomolecule or parenteral formulation areas;
  • 3 years minimum of directly related work experience
  • Understands customer needs, industry trends, and market influences.
  • Extensive industry contacts in formulation and regulatory positions at large pharma for continuous dialogue with decision makers/influencers
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory topics, PIC(S), IPEC, GMPs and industry standards
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate with diverse audiences clearly and effectively, both written and orally
  • Intrinsically driven professional with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage through influence in a globally networked organization
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-profile external and internal projects
  • Language: Japanese, English bilingual / Korean knowledge is considered an advantage
  • Willing to travel @ 50% + in post covid situations
