Role:

Key Thought Leader(KTL)とのScientificなコミュニケーションを実施し、National Brand Advocator(NBA)の育成及び本社プランの推進を通じて、製品価値及び売上を最大化する

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • 肺がん領域での日本のトップKTLとのエンゲージメント(育成・評価・発掘)をリードする
  • マーケティングメンバーとして、ブランド戦略と実行においてプロダクトマネージャーをサポートする
  • Scientificなコミュニケーションを通じてメルクとKTLとの関係を構築し、疾患・製品メッセージの理解促進を行う
  • KTLインサイトや市場動向の収集を行い、製品戦略の立案と推進に貢献する
  • マーケティング、営業、MEDICAL等の他ステークホルダーと協力をし、プロモーション資材の作成やマーケティングイベントの企画・運営・サポートを行う
  • マーケッターとしての仕事について学んで、知識を深める

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 大学卒業および同等以上の資格
  • 5年程度の医薬業界での業務経験(泌尿器科領域、Immuno-Oncologyの経験があれば尚可)
  • 固形がん領域の業務経験
  • KTLの育成経験
  • 製薬業界でのマーケティングもしくはメディカル業務の経験があれば尚可
  • 英語での読み書きは必須とし、口頭でのコミュニケーションスキルがあれば尚可
