【職務内容】
メルクライフサイエンス プロセスソリューションズ事業本部では、医薬品製造メーカーを中心に、開発及び製造プロセスで使用されるシステムハードウェア、消耗品および医薬品原料を販売しております。リージョナルセールスは既存顧客のセールスの維持と、新たな販売案件を発掘し獲得することでエリアの成長へ導く活動を行います。 顧客を訪問し、案件を獲得するための活動を部内の技術部門など各サポート部門と協力してコンサルティング営業を行います。

・主要顧客とのリレーションの維持/構築
・顧客の課題、ニーズの確認
・顧客の新規案件に対し技術提案
・セミナー、ウェブセミナー、トレードショーからの問い合わせ対応
・担当エリアのセールスターゲット達成
・販売価格の交渉、決定
 

【職場環境】
リージョナルセールは事業本部のサポート部門と連携し、広範囲な営業テリトリーをカバーする仕事です。既存ビジネスの維持だけではなく、日々の活動の中から顧客のニーズや課題をサポート、解決することで新規販売案件の獲得につなげていくといった、やりがいのある仕事を担っています。 また、国内外での教育プログラムや個人の成長のためのサポートプログラムが充実している点も大きな特徴です。

 

【求める経験、スキル】

・営業経験をお持ちの方。(ライフサイエンスやヘルスケア業界経験者歓迎)
・理系大学卒業レベルの知識(農学・薬学・医学・生物学・化学等)
・英語TOEIC550以上が望ましい
・高いコミュニケーションレベルを有している方
・特に社内外問わず、相手の意見を傾聴、理解でき、それを伝達することができる方
・顧客の話が傾聴でき提案が出来る方
・積極的に販売店や顧客とコンタクトする事が出来る方
・明朗快活な方
