Your Role:
You will be primarily responsible for assisting & conducting annual Operational Qualification/Preventative Maintenance (OQ/PM), Performance Verification (PV), and Non-routine maintenance (NRM) of chromatography instruments including but not limited to: HPLC (MWD, DAD, VWD, RI, ELSD, FLD, CAD, MS/MS), UPLC (PAD, TUV, MS/MS), GC Direct/Headspace (FID, MS), and IC (Cation/Anion). Your position will also be responsible for OQ/PM, PV, NRM, and/or external vendor scheduling of non-chromatography instruments/equipment including but not limited to: Stability and Laboratory Fridges and Freezers, Pipettors, and Balances. You will assist with the recommendation and procurement, including the oversight of installation/qualification and reports, of new equipment within the QC laboratory.
Physical Attributes: Work in an analytical test lab with hazardous and toxic chemicals
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related Life Science discipline
- 3+ years experience in a GLP or cGMP analytical laboratory environment,
- 3+ years with metrology of chromatographic systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of experience in a GLP or cGMP laboratory environment, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience onboarding new QC lab instrumentation and software
- Possess technical writing skills, with experience in generation of reports, procedures and/or assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with excellent documentation practices
