Lead Expert - Portal Solution Designer & User Processes (all genders),(full-time/part-time possible)

Your Role: As part of our strategy in the CFO area, the Swarm team is focused on cross-functional projects to help drive our journey into digitizing our processes & structuring our data. Based on our GL Mandate, the “Headcount Resource Management Initiative” continues to work on the ambition to obtain an integrated approach to plan, track & simulate HC/FTE and Personnel Costs for OP for the company globally.

As such, we are looking for a talented Portal Solution Designer & User Processes (functional role) with experience in HR related innovative user interface concepts and strong implementation practice. In your role, you will design the future HR personnel cost planning & analysis platform together with key stakeholders from Controlling, HR and senior management. You will build a strong relationship to your IT counterpart, working in an agile project environment and translate all relevant business requirements into a innovate platform solution. The future platform will incorporate several modules, which enable our organization to plan, analyze, monitor and simulate personnel cost on group level. This includes smart & lean process design, standardization and harmonization in order to gain process efficiency and significantly improve transparency. The core element of the role is a strong business and stakeholder focus to develop a “best in class” solution for personnel cost management in the Group. As this role is not limited to HR solutions only, you will have the opportunity to develop multi-functional business solutions in future projects as well.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, IT or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with business solutions and application design strategy, design research and visual design, ideally in either a consultancy or large enterprise
  • HR experience either functional or on project level is a plus / multifunctional experience in business solution design and implementation is an advantage for future projects
  • “Hands on mentality”, designing processes, front end platform, dashboards and visualizations 
  • Strong communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills including experience with senior management alignment
  • Excellent collaboration experience involving different user groups, IT developers and fellow designers to collect and understand detailed requirements and translate them into concrete development plans
  • Experience working in SCRUM / Agile concepts is an advantage
  • fluent in English with verbal and written communication, German is of advantage
