Portfolio Manager (all genders)

Your role: As part of the Strategy 2022 team within the Group CFO Organization, we extend our scope to the newly formed MGF Data Office while constantly evolving and further digitizing our Portfolio & Innovation Management. This position is part of the new Enterprise Data Strategy.

In this interdisciplinary role, you will be a key interface between the strategic portfolio view and operational execution to drive change throughout the organization. As such,  you will be working on defining and implementing new digital processes, ensure objective project evaluation, performance measurement as well as preparing scenarios and recommendations for resource and capacity allocation to top management. You, as Portfolio Manager, will engage with various business stakeholders across functions and hierarchies and be an active sparring partner in shaping the strategic roadmap of the CFO organization.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, ideally in either Information Technology, Finance or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a multinational enterprise or management/IT consulting company
  • Experience in Finance, Procurement, Controlling and/or Strategy preferred
  • Profound analytics expertise and ability to process data for (top-) management decision making
  • Ability to interact with top management in a matrix organization
  • Solid project management experiences having managed cross-functional projects independently
  • IT savvy character at the pulse of current technologies (e.g. Process Automation, Big Data, AI, UX and App Development, etc.)
  • Business-fluent English skills, German skills is a plus
