Your role:
The Project Expert AWV Bundesbank Reporting supports a major project initiative, internal and external audits in the area of Foreign Trade and Regulation reporting to the German Federal Central Bank. The role includes the creation and submission of reports, in-depth analysis of accounting data and plausibility checks in order to improve reporting accuracy and quality. He/she supports the definition and optimization of work instructions & guidelines, organization of regular meetings and trainings and ensures documentation of processes, analysis work and reports. He/she also supports IT change initiatives and their successful implementation and integration to reporting processes. Communication and cooperation with various stakeholders makes this an excellent position to gain in-depth insights into financial and business processes, as well as organizational structures, at our company.


Please be aware that this position is temporary for the duration of a project and audit until mid of 2022. Depending on performance, project progress, and availability of suitable positions, an extension or transfer into a permanent position afterwards might be possible, but can not be guaranteed at this point in time.


Who you are:

  • Graduate, professional or similar with strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proactive and solution driven working approach 
  • Knowledge of SAP FI required, hands-on experience in other group systems is a plus.  
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Intercompany accounting in an SAP environment, either operationally or in rollout projects, preferred. Alternatively experience in a consulting role in similar projects or a regulatory environment.
  • Business Fluency in German and English  
  • Ability to work in an international team in a dynamic project environment
