Working Student Supplier Sustainability in Group Procurement (all genders)

Your role:


We, the Group Procurement department, aim to expand our value proposition from Financial Contribution to the value drivers Supply Security and Supplier Market Innovation.


The Value Enabler team was set up to enable the procurement vision through transforming our digital landscape and the way procurement works. The team develops the conceptual frameworks of Supplier Management, Risk Management, Supplier Sustainability and Insights & Analytics and is a fundamental player in their implementation, documentation and trainings. As a working student in our team you will support the Supplier Sustainability Specialist and work closely with the procurement organization as well as with other departments, e. g. Corporate Affairs, Group Legal, Environmental Health and Safety or Regulatory Affairs. You will work in a truly international and young team that is on the forefront of procurement transformation. You will work in an agile and dynamic environment and learn how to break down a vision into strategies and into concrete use cases. You will get the possibilities to develop your career in our growing company, whilst working in a modern, international work environment in which you can contribute to the team´s success.  Who you are:

 

 

  • Bachelor- or Master student in Sustainable Economics or Sustainability Management or equivalent
  • Initial experience in procurement is helpful
  • Good oral/written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Experienced in working with Microsoft Office software
  • Strong communication skills and high intrinsic motivation
