Head of Compliance Global Healthcare Functions (all genders)

 

Your Role: In coordination with the Global Compliance Officer Healthcare and members of your team, you will support the design, implementation and maintenance of a structured state of the art Compliance Program for Global Healthcare Functions located mainly at headquarters in Germany, US & Switzerland. You will lead a small team of dedicated Healthcare Compliance experts and provide timely and high-quality compliance counseling to your responsible global functions within their daily and future planned activities and projects, including supporting Compliance tools for transactional review. As part of your core tasks, you will design, develop, coordinate and conduct educational and training programs in your area of responsibility and perform frequent internal monitoring and risk assessments as well as develop and implement applicable mitigation actions. You will also assist in the identification and analysis of the impact to compliance of relevant worldwide trends, laws and regulations.

 

 

Who you are:

 

  • Graduate degree in law (or equivalent) preferred or other academic background
  • At least five years of international Compliance experience in the healthcare sector
  • Ability to interact with senior management in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated integrity within previous work, flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under time/work-related pressures;
  • Business-fluent in English is a must, additional German skills preferred
